Hook Rehabilitation Center is an 84-bed facility that treats a variety of physical and cognitive disabilities, including those that result from brain and spinal cord injury.

The Hook Brain Injury Unit has 12 beds devoted to two different treatment programs—brain injury rehabilitation and neurobehavioral rehabilitation. The rehabilitation program focuses on physical and cognitive rehabilitation, while the neurobehavioral program focuses on the less acute cognitive and behavioral issues that often prevent patients from being independent.

The Hook Rehabilitation Unit recently integrated the NESS L300TM neuron-rehabilitation system, which helps those with both traumatic brain injury and incomplete spinal cord injury regain some lost mobility.

Hook Rehabilitation Hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), as well as the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
