An 80-bed rehabilitation center located in Asheville, North Carolina, CarePartners treats patients with brain and spinal cord injury at all levels, from severe to mild. Rehabilitation is undertaken at least three times a week, with a team approach that includes family members. Each treatment plan is individualized according to the patient' s specific injury and needs. In addition to more standard treatment such as physical and occupational therapy, specialized programs and therapies are also available. CarePartners Rehabilitation Center is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), as well as the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

Southeastern Regional Rehabilitation Center is a 78-bed facility located at the Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville. The facility provides rehabilitation services for children and adults with brain and spinal cord injury. This includes physical and occupational therapy, speech and language pathology, recreational therapy, psychology, counseling, vocational evaluation and back-to-work rehabilitation, wound management, and aquatic therapy. Southeaster Regional Rehabilitation Center is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), as well as the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

Carolinas Rehabilitation provides inpatient rehabilitation services for both children and adults with brain and spinal cord injury. There are four locations - one adjacent to Carolinas Medical Center' s main campus, one at CMC-Mercy, one at Levine Children's Hospital, and one at Carolinas Rehabilitation Mount Holly. The goal of the rehabilitation program is to use a team approach designed to restore each patient to his or her maximum independence. All programs are unique to the patient depending upon needs and issues. Carolinas Rehabilitation is designated as a Spinal Cord System of Care. It is also accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), as well as the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
