The Banner University Medicine Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Clinic, located in Phoenix, AZ, has been one of the Southwest’s leading rehabilitation centers for the last 40 years. In addition to its inpatient center, they also have neuroscience clinics and an outpatient rehab service that helps patients with wheelchair mobility, wheelchair seating, adapted driving, speech and vocal chord therapy, and balance disorders. They also participate in research, and was involved in two studies that allowed paraplegic men to walk with assistive devices.
