Program office located at the Center for Rural Health, University of North Dakota School of Medicine & Health Sciences in Grand Forks.

For nearly 50 years, has provided day, residential, and vocational services for individuals with disabilities, including children and adults with developmental disabilities, adults with mental illness, and people with traumatic brain injury.
